A project is the base-level resource through which you interact with Google Cloud services.

This is a critical resource because impacting the project can impact any organizational functionality using the project. This can include all services running in the project and all data stored within it.

resourcemanager.​projects.​move

Moving a project can impact both user and system access that was inherited from the old parent. This can cause a DOS if service account accesses are impaired. Moving a project also removes any security policies that were inherited from the parent.

Scope: CRITICAL

This privilege may grant access to sensitive data from a significant fraction of organizational functions, allow interruption of critical organizational services, or its exploit could lead to significant privilege escalation.
